The Child Within

A child sits swathed in light - arcs of teal green and gold flow in the darkness.

The outline of a small child crouches at the lower left, their head bowed, their body leans heavy against a wall of light. It may be this child is one and the same as the torso that fills the stage. As if within the confident folds of vibrant light that represents the life we disclose to the world, a less certain, vulnerable, yet protected self, resides.
