Working Man under Strong Sunlight

Designed by Moshe Safdie, this photograph is of the ArtScience Museum, Bayfront Avenue, Singapore, as seen from above in strong sunlight.

Rainwater is harvested and channelled into a central eye, then flows through the bowl-shaped roof into a reflecting pond. The rainwater is then recycled for use in the building's restrooms.

The tiny figure of a man can be seen on one of the building's open petals.
